DESCRIPTION:This workshop will bring together a range of scientific communi
 ties to exchange ideas on current and future projects linked to the experi
 mental goals of HiRadMat\, i.e. High Radiation to Materials research. This
  workshop will comprise of those from the accelerator physics community as
  well as other scientific areas\, for example\, condensed matter physics\,
  materials science\, plasma physics and engineering. The agenda will inclu
 de a range of invited presentations and dedicated slots for discussion wit
 h all participants. The workshop will end with visits to CERN experimental
 /project areas.\n\nThe outcome of the HiRadMat Workshop will determine the
  future strategy and operation of the facility.
