DESCRIPTION:\n\nThe HEP2021 Conference is organised by the Hellenic Society
for the Study of High Energy Physics. \n\nDue to the ongoing COVID-19 pan
demic\, the HEP2021 Conference will be held fully online from 16th to 19th
June 2021. The organisation of the conference is hosted by Aristotle Univ
ersity of Thessaloniki. \n\nThe Hellenic Society for the Study of High Ene
rgy Physics (HSSHEP) was founded in 1975. The majority of the Greek scient
ists (both in Greece and abroad) working in this field are members of the
Society. Its main objectives are to promote the scientific work of the Gre
ek scientists and to inform the general public and the Greek state on matt
ers concerning the subject of H.E.P. The Society organises an annual Confe
rence where the research activities (both experimental and theoretical) of
its members are presented. Young Greek scientists are urged to participat
 e. At the same time foreign colleagues are invited to cover hot topics. \n
\nAll speakers are eligible to contribute to the Conference Proceedings on
a voluntary basis. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into I
OP science\, Journal of Physics: Conference Series (JPCS). \n

DESCRIPTION:The European Strategy for Particle Physics is the cornerstone o
 f Europe&#x92\;s decision-making process for the long-term future of the f
ield. Mandated by the CERN Council\, it is formed through a broad consulta
tion of the grass-roots particle physics community\, it actively solicits
the opinions of physicists from around the world\, and it is developed in
close coordination with similar processes in the US and Japan in order to
ensure coordination between regions and optimal use of resources globally.
\n\nThe European Strategy process was initiated by the CERN Council in 200
5\, resulting in a document being adopted by the Council in 2006. Unsurpri
singly\, this document placed the LHC at the top of Europe particle physic
s&#x92\; scientific priorities\, with a significant luminosity upgrade alr
eady being mooted. A ramp-up of R&#x26\;D into future accelerators also fe
atured high on the priority list\, followed by coordination with a potenti
al International Linear Collider\, and participation in a global neutrino
programme. The original Strategy also foresaw increased collaboration with
neighbouring fields such as astroparticle and nuclear physics\, and it re
cognised the importance of complementary issues such as communications and
  technology transfer.\n\n

to inform this process\, a call was made to the particle-physics communit
y across universities\, laboratories and national institutes to submit wri
tten input by 18 December 2018.\n\nThe aims of this meeting are as follows
:\n\n1. The first aim is to prepare a document expressing the views of the
European community\, in a context where there is no longer an accelerator
neutrino beam in Europe and the community has invested in projects in Chi
na\, Japan and the USA.\n\n2. The document should take stock of the proper
 ties of the &#x22\;present&#x22\; LBL program\n(T2K+SK+NOvA\, JUNO\, T2K u
pgrade\, HyperK and DUNE) in physics terms\, identifying and quantifying
who measures what and how well\, and what is the complementarity in quanti
tative and qualitative terms and under which time scale.\n\n3. It should a
lso address the status and possible future of the short baseline neutrino
experiments in search for &#x91\;sterile neutrinos&#x92\; and &#x91\;anoma
lies&#x92\;.\n\n4. Address possible contributions or support of CERN to th
is program and discuss the best possible investment based the above physic
s considerations. \n\n5. address the question of the future of the field\n
-- with neutrinos beams to complete the present LBL program\n-- includes H
 P-TPC\, nustorm\, moment\, P2O and R&#x26\;D on supplementary detector met
 hods\n -- searches for &#x91\;sterile/Right-handed neutrinos&#x92\; with
the existing or foreseen neutrino near detectors as well as with beam dum
p experiments such as SHIP\n-- the role of LHC and future collider project
s in the general neutrino research such as search for sterile/RH neutrinos

DESCRIPTION: NuFACT 2018 is the twentieth in the series of yearly internati
onal workshops which started in 1999 and which had previously been called
the International Workshop on Neutrino Factories. The change of name to In
ternational Workshop on Neutrinos from Accelerators is related to the fact
that the workshop program has\, over the years\, come to include all curr
ent and future accelerator and also reactor based neutrino projects\, incl
uding also muon projects\, not only the Neutrino Factory project.\n\nThe m
ain goal of the workshop is to review the progress of current and future f
acilities able to improve on measurements of the properties of neutral and
charged lepton flavor violation\, as well as searches for new phenomena b
eyond the capabilities of presently planned experiments. The workshop is b
oth interdisciplinary and inter-regional in that experimenters\, theorists
and accelerator physicists from Asia\, the Americas and Europe share expe
rtise with the common goal of reviewing the results of currently operating
experiments and designing the next generation of experiments

DESCRIPTION:ICHEP is a series of international conferences organized by the
C11 commission of the International Union of Pure and Applied Physics (IU
PAP). It has been held every two years since more than 50 years\, and is t
he reference conference of particle physics where most relevant results ar
e presented.\n\nAt ICHEP\, physicists from around the world gather to shar
 e the latest advancements in particle physics\, astrophysics/cosmology\, a
nd accelerator science and discuss plans for major future facilities.\n\nI
CHEP 2018 Seoul is the beginning of the second 50 years after the Standard
Model. In this period\, we hope that a new direction of high energy physi
cs will be enlighted experimentally as in the past 50 years.

us of neutrino physics\, its interplay with astronomy and cosmology and th
e future prospects of these fields. It is organised by the Max-Planck-Inst
itut f&#xFC\;r Kernphysik and the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. The p
rogramme consists of invited plenary talks and contributed poster presenta
tions. Several satellite events take place in the days before and after th
e conference.\nThe conference takes place in the old town of Heidelberg kn
own for the German Romanticism. It attracts millions of tourists each year
