A work package is composed of numerous related tasks within a project. They are like small sub-projects managed by a dedicated coordinator (manager) and his team within a larger project.

The ESSnuSB project is composed of 6 Work Packages with a specific theme (e.g Detector, Accumulator…). Each one is composed of a coordinator and team members who are in charge of managing the time-schedule, reporting on their progresses, processing tasks.
