A Work Package (WP) is composed of numerous related tasks within a project. They are like small sub-projects managed by a dedicated Coordinator (Manager) and his team within a larger project.

The ESSnuSB project is composed of 6 Work Packages with a specific theme (e.g Detector, Accumulator…). Each WP is managed by a Coordinator supported by a Co-coordinator and team members who are in charge of processing tasks, managing and following the WP time-schedule, reporting on its progress.
